How do I make an order?
Simply contact our office by telephone 1-310-694-3031, fill out our form, or email inquiries@npnutra.net. We will connect you with one of our account managers who will be happy to assist you with your order.
When will my order ship?
Products in stock usually ship within 48-72 hours of your order being received and processed. If a product is not in stock, turnaround time varies but is generally about 1-3 weeks, depending on availability.
Where do your products ship from?
We ship our products from our 26,000 square foot warehouse in Southern California.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept bank wires, cashiers checks, checks and direct deposit at any Citibank branch worldwide. For orders under $2,000 we also accept PayPal and credit cards. We welcome repeat customers with good payment history and references to apply for credit. Please contact us for a credit application form.
What services do you offer?
We can offer any of our products in capsules or tablets, packed in bottles or in bulk. We can also assist with formulations, blends and custom packing. NP Nutra® is your complete source for today and tomorrow's most potent and popular natural ingredients. We can manufacture many other products according to your requirements.
What is an extract, for example “Acai 10%”?
An extract is made by standardizing the powder to contain a minimum amount of an active ingredient. For example, Acai 10% means that there is a minimum of 10% polyphenols in the finished product. Using a standardized extract gives you assurance that your formula contains the correct amount of active ingredient.
What is a ratio, for example “Acai 4:1”?
A ratio is made by concentrating a large amount of raw material to make a higher potency product. For example, Acai 4:1 means that 4 parts of raw materials were used to make 1 part of finished product. This process results in a more concentrated and potent form of the raw ingredient.
Do you have a line of Certified Organic ingredients?
Yes. Nutra® Organics is our special line of organic ingredients which is constantly growing. NP Nutra® is strongly committed to sustainable agriculture and business, working closely with our partners to ensure our customers receive the highest quality products and a consistent product supply.

Are your ingredients irradiated?
No, we use steam sterilization and other benign technologies to ensure the safety and purity of our ingredients.
Are your ingredients water-soluble?
We have a wide range of fully water-soluble products under the product list “Nutra Flow”. Please view the full range of Nutra Flow ingredients here. Most of our products are at least partly soluble. Contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to make your product a success.
Are you GMP certified, HAACP certified?
Yes, the majority of our manufacturing facilities are GMP and HAACP certified, others are in the process of conversion. Please enquire for further details.
Do you Identity Test your Products?
Yes, we test the ID for all incoming raw materials before production of the extracts in the country of origin. Testing ID before any processing takes place helps us to deliver you the highest quality ingredients at the lowest possible prices.
Do you sell small quantities to end users?
No, unfortunately NP Nutra® only sells wholesale quantities to manufacturers and other established companies.
